Detailed Job Description
The agent will be responsible for engaging with website visitors, answering questions about the product, scheduling sales calls and customer support escalations. Competitive compensation assured.
The agent will need to work in rotational shifts during US work hours. i.e. 6:00PM IST to 6:30AM IST. Work from home option is also an option for few days a week.
